About NextGen Valve Systems
NextGen Valve Systems, LLC., is a development stage manufacturing, sales and distribution company. NextGen Valve Systems is a Woman Owned Small Business. A Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) is a program that provides greater access to federal contracting opportunities for small businesses that are owned by women. The NEXTGEN T&P VALVE is laboratory tested and ASME, ANSI and CSA certified. Current T&P valve technology is highly susceptible to corrosion and build up of sediments which, over time, inhibit the performance of the valve. This is primarily because the key components driving mechanical actuation are exposed to the elements and over time and through exposure - experience critical fatigue. The proposed NextGen valve, developed by Juan Lopez, removes the exposure of the mechanical elements by containing them within a protective mechanism, providing a longer product life cycle and ensuring the valve opens when required. This advanced development will lead to safer operation of high-pressure water heaters and prevent damage within homes associated to either explosion in water heaters or over pressurization within the homes water lines. The benefit: Saving life, limb and property A) New T&P valve design is virtually maintenance free. Works flawlessly, over and over again. B) Does not need to be replaced during the life of the tank. This saves consumers time, labor and parts. C) Insurance premiums may be lower due to a safety relief valve with minimum or non-risk of water damage to the property. D) Better and safer protections from explosion of the water heater tank. E) Less risk of property damage, personal injury or death due to water heater explosion. F) Saves replacement of plumbing fixtures damaged by high pressure. G) Extended life of the water heater tank. No linings cracked by pressure and elimination of water heater tank rust where water touches the steel. H) Protects property from over pressurization within the pipes.
