NEXT GENERATION 3: Character, Community, Change The Mission of NG3 is to invest in the lives of student athletes through intentional relationship building that involves character development, serving the community, and providing an opportunity for spiritual growth. We work to connect with student athletes of all backgrounds, cultures and beliefs, meeting them where they are, in order to bring positive change to the next generation. The vision of NG3 is to see positive change in the character of student athletes as a result of meaningful relationships enhanced by character development programs, community activism and chaplain services. The focus of NG3 is to develop character in high school athletes and provide opportunities for spiritual growth. Our commitment is to build relationships, invest time in the lives of these young people, and lead them to serve (or impact) their communities in a positive way. NG3 staff work alongside athletic coaching staff to teach, mentor and guide student-athletes into becoming well-rounded men and women of character.
