About NHS Wales Joint Commissioning Committee
Mae JCC GIG Cymru yn Gyd-bwyllgor o'r saith Bwrdd Iechyd yn GIG Cymru sy'n gweithredu ar y cyd ar eu rhan. Wedi'i sefydlu ar 01 Ebrill 2024, disodlodd yr NWJCC y Pwyllgor Gwasanaethau Ambiwlans Brys, yr Uned Gomisiynu Gydweithredol Genedlaethol, a Phwyllgor Gwasanaethau Iechyd Arbenigol Cymru. Mae hefyd yn cynnwys 111 a'r Canolfannau Atgyfeirio Ymosodiadau Rhywiol. Mae ein gwasanaethau comisiwn yn amrywio o holl wasanaethau Cymru sy'n cael eu defnyddio bob dydd gan filoedd o bobl ledled y wlad - fel ein 111 o wasanaethau gofal brys - i driniaethau neu ofal arbenigol iawn sydd ei angen ar nifer fach iawn o bobl bob blwyddyn - fel trawsblannu organau. The NHS Wales JCC is a Joint Committee of the seven Health Boards in NHS Wales acting collectively on their behalf. Established on 01 April 2024, the NWJCC replaced the Emergency Ambulance Services Committee, the National Collaborative Commissioning Unit, and the Welsh Health Specialised Services Committee. It also incorporates 111 and the Sexual Assault Referral Centres. Our commissioned services range from all Wales services that are used everyday by thousands of people across the country - such as our 111 urgent care services - to highly specialist treatments or care needed by a very small number of people each year - such as organ transplantation
