After working in the security industry for 5 years, I saw the potential in making a difference. I quickly moved up the ranks in one of Canada's largest Security Companies and then moved on to work in the law enforcement field as a Correctional Officer. I often heard from the security guards I managed that most companies don't pay well and that they are treated poorly by bigger companies. After gaining experience in a law enforcement setting, I wanted to create a space where people like me who were working in the security sector to gain experience to transition into a law enforcement role, could do so, while being compensated fairly and be taught by the best in the industry. All of this combined can help mold our future law enforcement to be the best serving members of society they can be, while offering our clients the absolute best service. Rest assured, all of our guards are Licensed by the Government of Ontario, trained in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and First Aid, Uniformed, and asked to perform a site-specific orientation prior to any individual interactions.
