NICE is a group of Seventy (74) independently owned insulation contractors with over one hundred and eighty (175) locations throughout the United States sharing a sincere desire to remain independent in the face of industry consolidation. Our Members are strong family companies that voluntarily come together to share ideas, discuss solutions to common problems, and to explore new business opportunities. Our Members employ over 4,000 people in the United States. Our mission is to foster the growth of independent insulation contractors through the cooperative efforts of our Members and Supplier Partners. Our vision is to be recognized as the best insulation contractors in the industry. Our organization's values are honesty and integrity, leadership, dignity and respect for others, continually grow our knowledge, share best practices with other Members, engage with our Supplier Partners, family oriented, and financially strong. NICE provides many benefits to it's Members. A few of the benefits are: financial benefits based on purchases, professional business advisers, Member training and education, Member's future leaders training, best practice sharing, and financial benchmarking. Our Members are very supportive of each other and generally become close friends over time. Our culture is family-based.
