Security is taken over land and buildings (including houses) so that investors have peace of mind. We offer attractive rates to HNW investors wishing to engage in business lending. Typical maturities are from 6 to 12 months. Niche Capital was founded in March 2012 by Peter Duckworth, a prominent barrister with expertise in property law, commerce, and financial settlements on divorce. He is passionate about matching the needs of investors and businesses, and filling the gap left by the banks.
