Niche Resources Limited provides vetted, senior resource on either a permanent or contract basis to an extensive international client base. Niche was established in 1998 by a senior IT and technology consultant (Jon Mitchel) and an experienced headhunter (Marcus Astley). We have an impressive pool of vetted candidates which has been developed for many years using a combination of face to face interview-screening, recommendation and referral. Our market/industry focus is primarily (but not exclusively) in identifying Programme and Project Management specialists for organizations in the Telecoms and Finance sectors. Niche has some valuable strategic alliances. We are key suppliers to several of the largest European Telecoms operators, and preferred suppliers to two multi-national systems integrators. We work on a retained basis for a number of companies. Niche is entirely self funded with good reserves and an excellent trading record. We have a highly professional team of multi-lingual recruitment consultants, all of them graduates.
