Niche Planning Studio Pty Ltd was established in 2012 by Director, Nicola Smith. Nicola is a qualified Urban and Regional Planner with over twenty-five years experience in a wide range of planning and development roles in government and the private sector across Australia. Nicola is supported by a team of 15+ experienced planning and urban design staff who have previously held roles in private consultancies, State and local governments in WA, VIC, NSW, QLD and TAS. This breadth of planning knowledge and design experience ensures Niche Studio provides excellent service in coordinating the statutory implementation of major projects, including scheme amendments, structure planning, plans of subdivision and planning permits Australia wide. Niche Studio has an excellent understanding of all facets of the land development process with significant experience in project management and land development. We also display strong skills in project co-ordination, communications, negotiation, presentation and facilitation.
