About Nicholas George
Nicholas George Ltd is an independent, family owned agency originally started by Nicholas and Julia George in 1988 working from their Moseley home. We have expanded and now have a dedicated and enthusiastic staff, the majority of whom are local to the area and have been with us for many years. We moved to our current office in Moseley village in May 2009 having outgrown our previous two premises. Letting is our core business and we are very passionate about it. We deal generally in the mid to upper end of the market. We take a modern, forward thinking approach, yet are proud to retain our traditional values. We are pleased to say that much of our business comes from recommendation. The company is a registered member of the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS), the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), Safe Agent (SAFE) and The Property Ombudsman, complying with legal requirements.
