About Nicholas King Homes
Founded in 1991, Nicholas King Homes has developed over 2,000 houses and apartments in Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Hertfordshire and London. During the last 26 years we have completed a wide range of developments ranging from schemes of a small number of significant detached luxury homes to two, three and four bedroom family homes and also apartment developments. Typically our developments are 10 – 50 homes: our smallest development has been two houses and our largest 286 apartments. Our developments often include a provision for social housing. We have also built mixed use schemes working alongside Tesco’s, Sainsbury’s or Waitrose, as well as sometimes providing new offices, retail showrooms or restaurants. Based in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, we have developed a reputation for providing high quality new homes, which represent value for money together with an industry leading level of customer service.
