Nicholson Nairn Architects are a chartered RIBA registered practice providing services to both domestic and commercial clients. We provide client specific solutions from modest home extensions to multi-million pound commercial projects. As professional consultants, we have over 28 year’s successful experience in working both as part of a multi-disciplinary design team as well as on our own as client’s lead consultant. We are diverse in the projects we embrace and in the range of services we offer. Nicholson Nairn Architects was formed in 1991 by Tony Nicholson and Garfield Nairn to provide design, architecture, planning and building services throughout the North-East of England. With offices in the North East and Yorkshire, we now undertake projects throughout the UK and beyond, with an ever-emerging reputation in Scotland and London. Whilst expanding our geographical project undertakings, we maintain our strong northern presence – the bedrock to our growing business. Our team provide an outstanding client service; architecturally strong, without being precious. We are versatile, understand that the client comes first and that the project is theirs. We take great pride in the knowledge our lasting client relationships, alongside our ability to continually attract new clientele, contribute to a platform of longevity many of our competitors struggle to offer.
