Over the past two years, we have worked closely with the Center for Quick Response Manufacturing (QRM) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison to both reduce lead times and improve response times throughout all facets of our business. Our efforts have allowed us the opportunity to provide smaller lot sizes at pricing that was previously applied only to long runs and high volumes. This improvement translates into lower inventories and improved cash flow. Originally established in 1986 in Mountain, Wisconsin, a small community located in the middle of the Nicolet National Forest. Nicolet serves its ever-growing customer base from a 41,000 square-foot production facility, and focuses on complex components and assemblies.
