Niemen Architects is an award-winning RIBA Chartered practice, with a hands-on team of enthusiastic design focused people comprising of a blend of youth and experience with a keen eye for detail. To us good architecture is the conception, development, and execution of a unique design that responds to the needs and aspirations of the client, alongside the nature and location of the site. The success of the projects we have been involved in can be credited to the innovative and creative ability of our architects and designers, and the meticulous approach of our technicians to the practicalities of construction. We have a diverse portfolio of nationwide projects in various sectors. Our ability to adapt to a wide variety of sites and briefs is complimented by our enthusiastic but pragmatic approach to realise the potential value of buildings and land. Our skill base ranges from traditional methods of hand drawings to digital graphics, alongside the use of the latest BIM and CAD software packages. This allows us to tailor our approach to each individual brief, and realise each projects potential through the use of a variety of mediums. The practice portfolio of work includes a number of large and varied residential and commercial projects, ranging from £500,000 bespoke dwellings to £150 million mixed-use developments. We also have vast experience of working effectively with listed buildings, heritage sites and in conservation areas. Our commitment to providing a healthy balance of good architecture, value for money, and excellent service has led to our client base including private individuals, blue chip companies, PLCs, major house builders, and other commercial organisations. We provide a full range of architectural services, taking projects from inception to completion as outlined within the RIBA plan of works, as well as providing ancillary design and technical services as required.
