Nifty Care Services is a Service provider providing care and support services to participants within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in their own homes. We provide services to the wider community looking for support at home and community. Our primary focus is to assist people with activities of daily living, helping break down any walls of isolation, foster inclusion and participation in all aspects of their lives. We aim to be one platform for all needs to build a support structure to improve your daily living and quality of life. As a service provider, you can enjoy all of our services from transportation to independent living to help around-the-house community access. We have a team of passionate workers who are absolutely committed to supporting our participants and providing services that are valuable and assists them in improving their quality of life at home and in the community. Our Support Workers strive to meet their unique needs and aspirations by providing quality care. Our Support Workers are qualified and well-trained professionals who undergo a stringent selection process to ensure we recruit the right person. Our support workers ensure that our participants get the best care with minimum disruption to their lifestyles.
