Welcome to the NADRS official Linkedin Page! Formerly named The National ADR Society (NADRS), Nigeria; now officially called the Nigerian ADR Society (NADRS). NADRS is the national, volunteer-based NGO for aspiring young professionals, students and ADR enthusiasts in Nigeria. We are dedicated to the promotion and advocacy of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms across Nigeria. Our mission is to connect, educate and empower Nigerian ADR enthusiasts, students & aspiring young professionals, to develop relevant skills & experiences needed to build successful careers within & across the ADR industry, and to advocate and facilitate the use of accessible, efficient, and culturally-sensitive Alternative Dispute Resolution services in Nigeria, Africa and beyond. First established in May 2020, NADRS has successfully evolved into a not-for-profit NGO within Africa ADR Network, with a significant mission to build a unified African ADR initiative for national & continental partnerships & collaborations for ADR students and young professionals in Nigeria & other African regions. Our objectives include: a). Educate & Empower the next generation of Nigerian Alternative Dispute Resolution Students and young Professionals with requisite knowledge and skill sets. b). Connect Young, Nigerian/African Innovative Minds. c). Shape the Future of ADR, including Arbitration, in Nigeria.
