A series of easy to follow moves set to the beat of popular music. Simple steps allow you to focus on having fun and working up a sweat without learning complex choreography. 80’s, disco, hip-hop and pop come together to get the crowd moving. People of varying “voluminousness” and age let loose and sweat it out on the dance floor. Every Wednesday night the stage is set – soul train lines, laser lights, a DJ, moments of “free dance” and a dance floor diva, lead the way to a new and exciting exercise experience.
