About NiLAB

NiLAB designs and produces innovative linear technlogies. Our product range includes tubular linear motors, miniature tubular linear motors, ironcore linear motors, linear stages and actuators. Furthermore, we offer engineering services to design new linear actuators: from the feasibility study to pre-series-samples. In the last years in the Automation Industry a clear trend to miniaturization has been identified. With our linear motors we are able to meet the requirements of the machine manufacturers. Thanks to their “pocket-format” they can be easily integrated in a wide range of applications. Due to their tubular construction there is no more need to use mechanical systems like belts or ball screws. For the first time, the electronic control system is integrated in the miniature motor. Furthermore, our mini-motors have diagnostic and safety functions and they are able to send their data automatically to an IPC. Our motors are able to reduce the energy consumption to a minimum. Our mini-motors can be integrated in a wide range of applications in the field of: packaging industry, medical industry, semiconductor industry, barcode readers and virtual reality.
