About Nimbus Engineering Consultants
We are consulting engineers with a wealth of experience in Sustainable Urban Drainage systems, Flood Risk and Consequence Assessments, as well Surface water management schemes. Always monitoring new techniques and technologies available, and fully conversant with current legislation, means that we can provide cost effective solutions as well as working with the client in order to find the most workable solution for them. Collectively as a team we have over 20 years experience in this field, and although we are a fairly new company, so far we haven't had a single Flood Risk Assessment that hasn't received planning permission and 90% of our business is through word of mouth. SUR1 forms to achieve credits under the 'Code for Sustainable Homes' are produced by our team regularly, as well as Flood Risk Assessments for this also. There has also been a surge in the number of Flood Risk Assessments we are being asked to do for BREEAM credits, again we have a 100% pass rate for these. We recognise that clients budget's are getting tighter and tighter. In an industry that is already struggling to get back on it's feet, we provide a service that is cost effective and are always on hand to provide advice and answer any questions that the client may have. Specialties: Foul and Surface water drainage design, specialising in Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems. Surface Water Management and Flood Risk Assessments for small to medium sized residential and commercial developments. Conversent in all current legislation and proven track record in Flood Risk and Surface Water Management, for pre-planning and also to achieve 'Code for Sustainable Homes' and BREEAM mandatory credits.
