Massage, personal training, and more. A BIT OF PHILOSOPHY We believe that evidence-based integrative therapies are powerful tools to help people achieve their health and wellness goals. They can help people relieve pain, lessen anxiety, and improve quality of life. Sometimes, finding the right complementary therapy can be that missing piece of the treatment puzzle that takes people to their next level of wellness. DESIGNED FOR CLIENTS Our sessions and programs are designed for our clients. We offer flexible package and membership options to fit what will work best for you and your goals. We also believe that the time you book means the session time and consultation time does not take away from the length of your session. WHAT TO EXPECT AT NIMBUS Your practitioner will talk with you about your wellness goals, your health history, and what has worked (or not) for you in the past. They will then tailor your session based on your goals. Whether you want to run a marathon, be more present and less stressed, or be able to play with your grandchildren– our team will listen to you and and your needs.
