About NING MUI Coaching

The NING MUI Group, founded in 1990 by the internationally recognized martial arts master Lex Reinhart, comprises several fields of personality development and strives for a thorough multi-purpose study in martial arts. This means that we give equal consideration to health, martial and social aspects so that they form an organic unity. The Group follows the thousands of years old tradition of martial arts and aims at cultivating and developing the associated physical and ethical values[1] as well as the philosophical achievements. In addition, we have integrated the positive aspects of our modern culture into our teaching system and thus initiated an important synthesis, combining the best elements of both. NING MUI Coaching aims at companies that strive for organic growth granting highest quality in for example the field of leadership. The training content and methods we offer have a real connection to workaday business life, where they can be put to practice. Thanks to a clear structure, an experienced and highly-motivated team as well as the courage to stage a happening, clients can make use of a great variety of possible procedures. Everyone will be given the support and assistance in his/her efforts to reach some individual goal - whether they seek to materialize their business philosophy, or whether they are keen to realize the empowerment of their staff, or maybe enforce their executive staff mentally. The highest goal is to integrate what has been learnt into everyday life.
