About NIPC
Barristers (trial and appellate lawyers) practising intellectual property, technology, media and competition law. We advise business and individuals on difficult points of law, draft complex legal instruments for use either in business or litigation and represent them before the Patents Court, Patents County Court, Chancery Division and the Intellectual Property Office's tribunals.
