About Nix

Founded in 2001, Nix is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in Brazil through the implementation of projects in the fields of creative economy, sports, and education. It develops its own initiatives focused on ensuring that communities have access to and can occupy spaces that are rightfully theirs. In the field of sports, for instance, it works to guarantee that the LGBTQIA+ community has access to safe and welcoming environments for participation. Nix supports and promotes initiatives by organizations and individuals that reflect the full spectrum of Brazilian diversity, including concerts, album productions, independent theater performances, cultural and sports events organized by collectives, as well as research projects aimed at mapping diversity. It also provides technical support to organizations working with diversity, assisting in structuring their actions, project development, and fundraising strategies. Currently, Nix’s sports activities serve around 300 beneficiaries weekly, in addition to reaching a broad audience through various projects carried out throughout the year.
