Sam Razavi is the Chief Underwriting Officer at NK Financing Corporation, where he is responsible for evaluating loan portfolios and originators targeted for portfolio. Mr. Razavi spent 10 years specializing in risk management, asset valuations, asset acquisitions, and asset sales. Through his more than 20 years of auto business, structured finance and transaction experience, Mr. Razavi has provided financing to a significant number of consumer and commercial finance companies in the U.S., with a particular focus in the automobile finance market. Mr. Razavi has been a guest speaker at several consumer finance and securitization conferences, and has been recognized as a leader in the auto finance lending industry.
