Hands On - Nigel Green, Managing Director takes responsibility for managing each project, working closely with clients, attending site meetings when required and ensures a holistic approach is at the forefront of all that we do. Value Engineering - our thermal modeller runs a thermal model on every project as standard. We do not charge extra for any over heating analysis of the building as part of our design process and we create an IESVE report. The means that all of the heating and cooling loads are based on guesswork and allows us to produce our designs on fact rather than speculation. Compliance - also as part of the thermal model, we can advise the architects on the thermal efficiency of the building envelope and recommend the most cost effective insulation thickness to achieve Building Regulation Part L compliance and minimise installation of on-site renewables, such as Photovoltaic. Partnership - as a business, we have an open mind to collaboration and welcome the opportunity to work closely with industry professionals to bring an all encompassing offering to clients.
