Why Us: After nearly sixty combined years in the industry, we at NMF Casting Service, LLC. know the right process for the right application. We represent numerous organizations, from mid-size green sand foundries to low volume no-bake foundries. In addition to green sand and no-bake molding methods, we offer sources for diecasting, permanent mold, shell molding, and 3D printed molds. As of February 2019 we have added forgings to our offerings as well. Our experience with rapid prototyping is also useful when the investment in traditional tooling is not cost prohibitive or when reduced lead times are required. Although, our background is iron castings, we source a variety of materials, including, but not limited to; iron, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, zinc, brass, and bronze castings.
