At No Labels Boxing Fitness, we believe fitness should be empowering, inclusive, and judgment-free. Located in Boonton, NJ, we’re more than a gym, we’re a movement. We offer high-energy boxing workouts for adults of all fitness levels and specialize in adaptive fitness training for individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities. Whether you’re looking to get stronger, gain confidence, or find a supportive community, our coaches meet you where you are. Our unique circuit-style format means no set class times — just show up during open hours and jump in. And for the special needs community, we provide 1:1 private adaptive fitness sessions in a safe, welcoming environment. Programs we offer: • Adult boxing fitness • Adaptive fitness for kids & adults with autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and other developmental, intellectual, and physical challenges. • Community events that give back to the special needs community Erik and Mimi are NY natives who moved to NJ when the pandemic hit. They fell in love with boxing fitness many years ago when they trained at Mendez Boxing in Manhattan. They loved the feeling of empowerment and family that they would get the minute they walked in and always wanted to provide this for others. They are special needs parents of 2 amazing boys who have nonverbal autism and that is what inspired the name No Labels Boxing Fitness. Their mission is to create an environment that will not only make you sweat, is open to your schedule, but also a place that gives back! 💙 We host completely FREE events for the special needs community.
