No Name Studios offers conscious connected breathwork classes, bespoke group breathwork sessions and customised corporate workshops. Our studio aims to provide a safe space to find your true self, free of labels and expectations. We are all made up of energy that inherently seeks to move, pulse and vibrate – so our job is to guide you through simple yet very powerful intentional breathwork patterns, to slow down the mind – and step into a place of restoration and evolution, a place to grow and embrace a deeper connection with yourself.
