Our facility will be equipped with RG Hanson washing equipment that uses hot water, high pressure, and a solvent free detergent to clean the thread protectors. After the washing process, the protectors will run through a sorting process to determine whether they can be put back into service or need to be recycled. The protectors that need to be recycled will be processed by our single shaft shredder and granulators to create bulk product and put back into industry. Our mission is to keep all recyclable thread protectors out of our landfills here in North Dakota. Our company is missional focused. We aim to provide employment opportunities for those needing a second chance such as, veterans, inmates and addicts coming out of incarceration or drug and alcohol treatment programs. Not only do we want to recycle plastics, but we want to see humanity make the most of a second chance. Our team at No Waste Co. will partner with Nothing Wasted to help develop the whole person. We have limited employment to a 1-year term for all those that need a place to get a fresh start. Our employees, on top of making a wage, will be challenged, and trained on the following: 1. We also offer an opportunity for companies to add to their ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) portfolio through reports we provide to our customers. We provide a report for both recyclable plastic as well as thread compound.
