I have seen 6 week intensive courses, why is yours shorter? Rest assured you will still be doing the SAME amount of learning and hours as an intensive course but we chose to put our course together on the premise of distance learning and meeting together and going through work books, real life scenarios and any questions in two day sittings over the weekend so no distractions will effect you. Research proves that we only at best take in approximately 25% of what we hear as learning. Now take 6 weeks of intensive 10 hour learning days and think about how much you will actually take forward for you to work with clients. These courses are great for some people but they tend to have a set time for each part of the section and the moving quickly onto the next one, what if you didnt understand it? Through video tutorials (which you can watch over and over and over again, and then ask us and then watch again) our constant Skype calls, skype group chats, Facebook group forums and REAL LIFE personal trainers mentoring you through the course you have the No1 Fitness community around you to support you through the learning.
