From finding reliable relief staff to managing complex schedules, I saw how these administrative burdens took precious time away from what she loved most - caring for children. This firsthand experience ignited my passion to transform the childcare industry. Industry Problem Spotted: The childcare system is broken in predictable but devastating ways.
