About NOAS
NOAS offers a variety of different programs to best support the children, young adults, and families we serve. Our compassionate and experienced staff work to train, license and match foster and adoptive families with a child needing a caring, supportive and nurturing connection. Beyond adoption, NOAS staff are continuously available to assist a family through monthly support groups, TBRI® parent training and in-home coaching. NOAS also supports former foster youth as a Bridges Provider, offering support and guidance as they transition out of the system into adulthood. We provide support through our “IGNITE Foster Youth: Mentor One Who Needs Someone”, a volunteer mentoring program to support our most vulnerable teens and young adults.
