Chez Nobi Nobi la traditionnelle cuisine japonaise et ses saveurs sont à l’honneur. On vous propose une carte variée de plats complets accessibles à tous préparés à partir de produits frais dans une ambiance à l’esprit « street-food » d’Asie. Après une première expérience réussie en centre ville à Bordeaux, Nobi Nobi lance un deuxième lieu de restauration au Haillan, ouvert en mai 2018 et y développe un mode « Drive ». Nobi Nobi s'agrandit avec un nouveau restaurant sur Fargues-Saint-Hilaire ouvert depuis août puis un nouveau restaurant à Sainte-Eulalie ouvert en novembre. L’objectif de la marque est de faire rayonner une gastronomie populaire japonaise, la culture et l’histoire du Japon en France.
