Everything started 8 years ago when the founder Kasper Otero and his wife and children decided to move to Marbella and bought their first house. Even if his wife spoke fluent Spanish the process to create their forever home was let’s say challenging. Soon his friends and family came to visit, they also fell in love with Costa del Sol and started to ask Kasper for help in finding a property in Marbella, he felt a pleasure in helping his friends ease the challenge when buying a property and as you say the rest is history. Now the business has grown and consist out of a group of friends and family who helps hand-picked clients in the process of buying and designing their forever home or vacations house on the Costa Del Sol, as a bonus their community of friends is growing.
