Noda Miso is one of the largest soybean miso makers in Japan. Natural fermentation only with 400 wooden barrels. Noda’s soybean miso is simply made of soybean and salt only, and mature it in a giant wooden barrels for over 18 months. Fragrances, perfumes, aromas, color and tastes are completely natural and rich. ◆ Natural fermentation only Fermented and matured by the great nature only for over one and half year, not in an artificially controlled environment. ◆ Wooden barrel only No stainless tanks or other metal materials are used for fermentation, but only use wooden barrels which is the traditional method that brings genuine taste of miso. ◆ No GMO As genetically modified food has not been officially proved its safety, we only use None GM food for you and your customers healthy. ◆ Food education We have been offering a food education to children since 1988.
