Noilea is a start-up company committed to improve fact-based decision-making in process development in all organizations. Our main product is CalculateTheProcess (CTP), software-as-a-service that makes it possible to calculate your operations with Factory Physics based formulas. The impact of development activities can be simulated easily with CTP. In this way, operations can be understood and development activities can be focused for the most impact. CTP is at the early stage of its lifecycle and, at the moment, can be used for analyzing the individual steps of an operation. Factory Physics offers a wide range of possible calculations for different situations, and CTP's feature set is expanding to match this. Factory Physics is a collection of widely accepted “physical laws” that exist in all manufacturing and service operations. In most companies, decision-making regarding operations is quite often intuitive and based on lightweight calculations with means. These calculations seldom consider variation which makes the results less reliable. With Factory Physics, these operations are calculated with mathematical formulas that give a much more accurate model of the process.
