About Noked Capital

Noked Capital manages multiple hedge funds that specialize in publicly tradeable equities and debt, including distressed bonds. The firm was founded in November 2013 by Roy Vermus and Shlomi Bracha, both with extensive experience in the Israeli capital markets. Noked Opportunity, a multi-strategy hedge found focused on Israeli stocks and bonds, launched in the same year. In April 2016, with the addition of Shai Yitzhaki to the Noked’s management team, the firm launched Noked Equity, a long-biased hedge fund focused on the local stock market. At the end of 2017, Noked Long was established with the goal of outperforming four reference indices: Tel Aviv 125, SME60, Nasdaq and MSCI AC. At the end of 2018, the firm established Noked Bonds, a hedge fund specializing in local corporate bonds with a maximum exposure to equities of 25%. Noked Capital’s investment process is based on fundamental, bottom-up analysis of asset prices, coupled with hedging strategies to enhance the risk-reward ratio for various positions. The fund’s managers, along with a professional team that specializes in analysis, investments and trading, all contribute from their rich experience in the funds’ areas of expertise, including activism and debt arrangements.
