Nokshi is a digital product and UX agency focused on helping companies understand their customers and launch products that truly solve customer needs. In particular, we provide services covering product strategy and execution, UX research and strategy, and startup mentoring and training. We offer 3 main services that can be shaped based on your company's objective and requirements: 1) Fractional: I act as a product or UX leader for your team for a fraction of my salary. The service includes strategy and execution. The commitment is typically between 8 to 32 hours/week. This option is a good fit for mid-sized companies with specific needs for a period of time. Rates can be hourly or project-based. Previous fractional clients include T-mobile, Circle Internet Financial, Charlie Finance (bought by Chime), Dreamie. 2) Advisory I act as Chief Product or Experience Officer. The service includes strategy and mentorship. The commitment is typically between 2 to 8 hours/month. It is a good fit for early-stage companies that don’t have a product founder. Rates can be hourly or monthly on a retainer. Previous advisory clients include Xylo AI. 3) Training I train one or multiple companies at once. Topics I cover include product experimentation, process, prioritization, PMF, conversion funnels, building a team. The commitment is typically 1 day to 3 weeks at a stretch. It is a good fit for accelerators and incubators. Rates are daily/weekly or workshop-based. Previous training clients include 500 Global (previously known as 500 Startups), Women Talk Design.
