Nolan, Norton & Co. (NNC) advises and supports senior management of international companies in the development and execution of their business strategy. Together with our clients we work on significant and lasting improvements of their performance, by applying our expertise in the areas of Strategy, Organisation & Governance, Corporate IT and Execution. Nolan, Norton & Co. employs about 50 consultants, recruited from leading companies and prominent universities. It is located in Zeist in The Netherlands. The firm is based on two pillars: Nolan, Norton & Co. and Nolan Norton Institute. Nolan, Norton & Co. was founded in The Netherlands in 1988, following the lead of the American academics Richard Nolan and David Norton, and is thereby embedded in the academic tradition of the Harvard Business School aswell as other renowned scientific and learned colleges in business, management and economics. The Nolan Norton Institute coordinates and develops Intellectual Capital for Nolan, Norton & Co. and its clients. NNI does so through initiating and executing (single and multi-client) research projects, and in various distribution forms disseminates the new insights and models.
