Nolan Securities Corporation is a 30-year old boutique merchant bank with a global network of similar and complementary entities advising clients on strategy and capital raising. In the past 3 years Nolan has among other things arranged more than $400 million in financing for a global K-12 education company, and been placement agent for more than $300 million in private equity/hedge funds. The Nolan Team includes: Bruce Kelly, CEO – With Nolan for 23 years, he previously co-founded Solar Power Corporation (purchased by Exxon), was a McKinsey consultant, and Manager of R&D at Gulf + Western. Paul O’Reilly-Hyland, Managing Director – Founder of Zeamo (global digital fitness platform) and OCP Capital (placement agent for hedge funds), and previously was co-founder of Trinity Funds (global macro hedge fund), and a Managing Director at JP Morgan and at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson. Eamon Kelly, Managing Director – Impact investing, financial services, real estate and strategy advisor. Bernard Allaire, Senior Advisor International – Founder of Ecoverde (now Polymateria, a biodegradable plastics company), he has been a significant owner of a consumer products/lubricant and of a medical devices company, and has been a legal/business strategy advisor to a number of multinational enterprises. The Board of Advisors includes: Nicholas Dirks – CEO of the NY Academy of Sciences and formerly Vice Chairman of Whittle Schools, Chancellor at Berkeley, and Dean of the Faculty at Columbia. George Fugelsang – Chairman of $30 billion REIT CIM and formerly CEO of Dresdner NA and Managing Director at Morgan Stanley. Jules Coleman - formerly Senior Vice Provost at NYU (led the establishment of the NYU degree-granting Abu Dhabi campus) and tenured Professor at Yale Law School.
