Our training cohorts are designed to reflect the communities the tech sector serves - over indexing on diversity measures compared with traditional tech hires - with at least 50% women and non-binary representation, 84% career changers, and a vibrant mix of diversity across ethnicities, cultures, social statuses, professional backgrounds, age brackets, and LGBTQIA+ identities. In partnership with organisations like Microsoft, Google, Resurgo, The King’s Trust, the National Autistic Society, SheCanCode, and the Tech Council of Australia, we connect with talented individuals from underrepresented backgrounds, transforming lives and making the tech industry more inclusive and reflective of the diverse world we live in.
