Nommon is a research-intensive technology company that provides decision support solutions for the transport & mobility market and other sectors where geospatial information plays a key role, such as smart cities & urban planning, retail & geomarketing, and tourism. Our products are made possible by an international, highly-qualified team of talented researchers, product engineers and developers that draws expertise from multiple disciplines, including computer science, spatial analysis, data science, operations research, and systems modelling and simulation. Nommon’s portfolio includes two types of products: - Data products: over the past decade, Nommon has become a pioneer in the application of big data and artificial intelligence to population behaviour analysis. Nommon’s cutting-edge solutions process anonymised data from mobile devices to provide high-quality trip matrices, footfall indicators, and other information on people’s activity and mobility. Our data access agreements span more than 10 countries in Europe and Latin America. We have successfully used mobile network data and other geolocation data from personal mobile devices to provide presence and mobility indicators for more than 100 clients and have led some of the most ambitious projects conducted in this field worldwide. - Software products: in recent years, Nommon has extended its portfolio with different SaaS solutions that combine mobility data, predictive models, optimisation techniques and advanced data visualisation tools to help our clients address a variety of problems that require understanding and predicting the mobility and spatial behaviour of people, such as the planning of public transport systems, the optimisation of emergent mobility services, the management of airport passenger flows and the design of site planning and business expansion strategies.
