Established in September 2016 and headquartered in Shenzhen, NomNom is a full stack, end-to-end meal provider that specialises in delivery. This is a whole new type off business that provides the quality of excelent restaurants with the convenience of ordering in for O2O customers in addition to servicing high profile B2B customers. Highly scalable through centralising cooking in a single kitchen optimised for large quantities and investing in the latest cooking technology, labour, purchasing and distribution scales designed to cut the cost per meal. NomNom focuses on centrally cooked meals delivered to multiple distribution hubs. These hubs subsequently run the final delivery to both O2O and B2B customers. The B2B customers support the running cost structure of our hubs, accelerating the O2O expansion ensuring profitability. NomNom has a unique business model that manages costs with accelerated growth. The NomNom APP, WeChat embedded APP and web will focus on deliver in meals in addition to running a butchers, bakers, deli, beverage for O2O home delivery customers and serve the office, school, factory, railways, theme parks and events for our B2B customer base. NomNom will also leverage our tech to offer highly selective and vetted restaurant delivery. NomNom’s unique distribution model offers customers instant gratification with an unrivalled 20 minute delivery time through their Uber style logistics of primarily using freelance riders for O2O hub to door deliveries. To ensure consistency in taste, quality, safety and effective cost management NomNom runs a licensed 900 sq. meter central kitchen in Shenzhen and a 2000 square meter kitchen in Baoan. NomNom currently distributes to international schools, factories, high speed train meal, education departments and exhibition centres prior to launching their home and office vending O2O model in 2020
