About Nonprofit GrowthGen
Our team has over 50 years of experience working in and around nonprofits, and we're putting that to work for you. If you are looking to make a strategic choice for your own career or for your institution, we have the capacity-building solution for you. We offer personalized training opportunities in grant-writing, project management, and evaluation. We work with individuals through 16-week courses, are building our asynchronous (convenience-based) training modules, and also offer mini-workshops. If you or your team are not ready to be trained in these skills, we also provide direct services in funds-prospecting, grant-writing, project-management, and external evaluation to help get you "over the hurdle." With a background in social justice mediation, one of our partners is also working to facilitate meaningful reflection and dialogue amongst institutional teams who are ready to take a long, hard look at institutional culture that may be excluding those we should be serving.
