AS Nõo Lihatööstus is a family-owned meat factory that has worked for decades following three main principles: all of our products are made from the highest quality raw materials; we do not add anything to our products that we would not use when preparing food for our family; we take pride in our work and are passionate about making healthy and tasty products for every generation. Most of Nõo’s products are lactose-free, many products do not contain flavour enhancers and some product groups are completely free of e-additives. All of our products are made from real meat since we never use MDM. We use a natural flavour enhancer for smoked products to give them a delicate taste and look. We work with a number of research and development institutions, Europe’s leading package producers and seasoning manufacturers, groups of food technology students, top chefs as well as nutrition experts to constantly be innovative and lead the market trends according to the specific taste preferences of the country of destination and the customer. The company’s products have gained high recognition in various competitions and tests. Our greatest recognition, however, is from the customers and consumers to whom we want to offer maximum confidence and satisfaction.
