Por su excelente sabor y calidad, el langostino de Noray recibió la máxima puntuación (3 estrellas) en los prestigiosos Superior Taste Awards 2022 que el International Taste Institute celebra en Bélgica de la mano de los mejores chefs. Tras años de inversión en I+D, nos hemos convertido en un referente de acuicultura sostenible en Europa. Así, nuestro esfuerzo por la sostenibilidad se ha visto premiado con la certificación ASC, convirtiéndonos en la primera granja de langostinos bajo techo en obtenerla. Inspired by the excellent quality of our shrimp, at Noray we work every day to raise, in a totally natural and sustainable way, the best shrimp without sulphites in our indoor farm located in the heart of the Valladolid plateau. Since our launch in 2008, we strive to offer a Premium ultra-fresh, sustainable shrimp whose breeding takes place 100% in Spain. The result is a product of high gastronomic value. For its excellent taste and quality, Noray shrimp was awarded with the highest possible score (3 stars) in the prestigious Superior Taste Award 2022 celebrated in Belgium by the International Taste Institute, with the help of the best chefs. Following years of investment in R&D, we can proudly say that we are a benchmark for sustainable aquaculture in Europe.
