Established in 1995, Nord-Sud Shipping is a family owned vessel agency located at Mile 147 of the Mississippi River at Grandview Anchorage. With offices in Houston, TX and Mobile, AL, we offer complete in-house coverage from Corpus Christi, TX to Panama City, FL. With over 130 years of management experience in our industry in a variety of vessels such as crude tankers, clean tankers, chemical tankers, LPG/LNG tankers, various bulk cargo vessels, and breakbulk cargo vessels, Nord-Sud Shipping is prepared to handle every port call with unsurpassed local expertise. We offer a variety of vessel agency services such as voyage and time charterer's representation, cargo protective representation, owner's husbandry and owner's protective representation. Nord-Sud Shipping has also been involved with offshore exploration operations since 1979 handling U.S. Customs compliance in regards to vessel and aircraft entrances and clearances, as well as supply vessel charters, helicopter charters, shipyard mobilization and demobilizations, exploration representation, and rig and vessel owners representation. We are also a full AMS (Automated Manifesting System) service center with U.S. Customs.
