About Nordic Building Systems

We produce high energy efficiency buildings with low energy consumption. Our timber frame buildings consume less than 50 kWh/m2 per year. This figure is much lower than the average figures of other buildings in Latvia, namely, 150-200 kWh/m2 per year. Such a house will help you to save money, as well as will provide pleasant thermal comfort and high indoor air quality. In the production process we use only the highest quality timber, which we purchase from local Latvian producers. Precisely calibrated and well dried timber with low moisture content ensures the highest quality of our timber frame constructions. Our team consists of highly qualified specialists who have many years of experience in the industry. That is why we can ensure the highest possible quality at all stages of production -fromproject development to assembly of a timber frame building. During the production process, we carefully follow that all technical specifications developed by engineers are followed. We also perform quality control for each manufactured timber frame element separately and only when it meets all quality indicators, it is delivered to the construction site.
