About NORDUnet

NORDUnet operates a world-class network supplying connectivity between the national research and education networks (NRENs) of the 5 Nordic countries. Connecting more than 400 research and education institutions in the Nordics, with over 1.2 mil users. We have our own fibres, DWDM equipment, OTN, IP routers, switches, hosting, video-conferences, and more. In fact, we are a full-scale communication service provider; ready to deliver every bit, byte, equipment and advice needed by the Nordic research and education communities. In addition NORDUnet is a System Integrator that develop and deliver essential online learning and communication platforms for our community integrating the a variety of different vendors. The majority of our staff have long and unique experience from the commercial sector within telecommunication, system development and integration.
