Norfolk Logistics Ltd was founded in 2010 by Alistair Stalker, who with our initial team had over 20 years of logistics experience. In the last 10 years this has only grown, along with the company in size. In 2017 we made our next big step… We leased a Mercedes Actros and bought a Gray and Adams dual temperature trailer taking the leap into transport. Its first run to the continent was a trip to Italy, followed 2 weeks later with a trip to Spain. Since this first truck we have now grown into a fleet of 8, containing 5 x 44T artic, 1 x 26T rigid, 1 x 18T rigid and a 3.5T van. In 2019, we decided to take over the facility and run it as our own. This is the introduction of Norfolk Logistics Cold Storage & Distribution Ltd. A cold storage facility with the capability of holding 4000 frozen, 400 fresh and over 500 ambient pallets. With the addition of a blast freezer enabling 32 pallets each day can be quick frozen. This was a big step up, meaning we could run our groupage services, collecting throughout the week, collating on a Friday, and dispatching with our Partners on the Saturday to destinations on the continent. With our network of distribution partners worldwide, your cargo, will be transported from A to B with every aspect planned by our team. Customs documentation for imports and exports can also be handled by our team, so all your logistical needs can be met in one place.
