Normanton Catering Technicians Ltd is a family run business, established in 1986 and have been in partnership with Rational ever since. We have a wealth of knowledge and experience gained by many years involvement. As an appointed Service and Spares Partner of Rational, we undertake work on the full range of Rational combination ovens and Variocooking Centres. Our business focus is on the installation, service, maintenance and breakdowns. We firmly believe their products are the ‘best in the business’ as is our work and commitment to all our customer’s needs. All our Technicians are fully conversant with all that Rational and Frima has to offer its customers, and we are committed to making substantial investments in training, to ensure we provide the highest level of service, adhering to specifications set out by Rational. We strive to satisfy the demands of our customers old and new and are experts in the field providing a prompt 24 hour call out service for any breakdown or repair, to make sure our clients get the fast reactive service they require, which means minimum disruption and less downtime
